We are a bank-owned finance company with nine branches. We were excited initially because the EnCompass system worked with the bank's AS-400 server. With this system, we do not need as much hands-on oversight as before. All our data is available on one central database and we can access that information from any office workstation or from remote locations.

Our employee productivity has increased tremendously since we installed EnCompass. We have a recovery office that also has increased production and efficiency with the ease of the EnCompass system. It has also made critical information more easily available to examiners for audits.

Because the system literally closes out each night, we get an overall financial update each morning when we come in to see how our month is tracking. In addition, anytime Compass completes a system enhancement, it is automatically loaded on our server.

We have been on the EnCompass system since 2000 and have been pleased with the system's performance and especially with the customer service team.
