Credit Central has been using EnCompass since 2006. The Compass staff made the transition from an existing system to the Encompass system as unproblematic as possible. From the requirements gathering to the data conversion, they were professional, prepared, and thorough.

The beauty of the EnCompass system is that it provides centralized control for administrators to manage the branch operations. Owners and managers like the ability to view individual offices at any time and from any place with a secure internet connection. We are on their service bureau model and the Compass server uptime has been excellent.

The branch personnel love the system since it provides quick and easy access to all of their customer's information. The software has many powerful features. One we especially like is the ability to download and write custom reports to fit the type of business.

The Compass support team has also proven to be very helpful and friendly. We have always been able to get quick answers to our questions. And, as we have grown, it is really easy to add new offices on the system.

Our owners, management and branch personnel all feel it was a good decision to switch to the EnCompass platform.
