The team has over 150 years of experience in the lending/finance/technology industry. The company strongly believes the ultimate success or failure of any company is due to the quality of the personnel who make up the leadership team. Compass Technologies is extremely fortunate to have assembled such a solid team of qualified individuals to serve client needs.

Reggie Britt, a thought leader is the “brains” behind the Compass Technologies suite of applications. He is the founder of the company and personally wrote the original software. He is known in the industry as an idea guy with a vision for future applications that surpasses the competition.
 
John Britt, a relationship, sales, and marketing guru is the “voice of reason” for Compass Technologies. He has been with Compass Technologies since its inception and can turn  ideas and concepts into something prospects understand.
 
Nicole Smith, a process and project management expert is the “driver” behind Compass Technologies. She started with the company in January 2011 and quickly started implementing processes to optimize workflow.
